short break in the schedule

Currently there is a little break in the schedule at the current time. Due to some schedule changes at my job (along with the recent bout of the cold), I have been late in getting some updates up. (Having to work 12 nights in a row has not helped matters, and I will admit it.)

Mother Nature wins Rock Out Hunger

Due to the bad weather outside, we had to end the Rock Out Hunger food/toy drive an hour earlier than intended. We did not get enough participants to compute scores, but did get 142 food items and 7 toys.

Food and toys will still be accepted at the Washington County BCMW office until 4pm on December 10. This agency is approximately 70% of their season goal of 10,000 non-perishable food items, but just 10% of the goal of 100 toys.
